WHAT IS MAP TRAINING?

MAP TRAIN MY BRAIN is a fitness program developed by neuroscientist Dr. Tracey Shors. MAP stands for "MENTAL AND PHYSICAL." One session combines meditation and aerobic exercise. It only takes one hour and does not require fancy equipment. It reduces stress and anxiety and ruminations -- and just makes you feel better about being alive!
